This Wednesday March 25, we’ll be launching our inaugural ‘Man Cave‘ gathering.

I’ll welcome you all to our first session with a check-in and a sacred container ritual.

We’ll next unveil our mission statement as well as establish the safe, protective and nurturing environment for our container.

We’ll then create the vision for our future selves and take the first initial steps to embody exactly that.

Be prepared for breath, meditation, visualization, journaling and interactive practices.

So come pull up a rock around the warm fire in the ‘Man Cave‘!
